MK Aryeh Eldad (National Union) on Monday slammed the ceasefire declared between Israel and Gaza terror groups. “Once again the government is leaving the advantage in the hands of the terror groups,” Eldad said. “It is they who decide when and where to murder Jews. Only then would the government react and kill the terrorist leaders who could have been eliminated in advance,” he added.
Hamas announced Monday afternoon that it was officially accepting a ceasefire with Israel, saying it had come to an “understanding” with the government, and that the ceasefire would include all terror groups. Police and the IDF have reduced the state of alert in southern cities.
