Poll: Vast Majority Favor Targeted Terrorist Killings

A poll released Monday showed that the vast majority of Israelis were in favor of targeted elimination of Arab terrorists. The poll, taken by the Panels organization on behalf of the Knesset channel, showed 86% of Israelis in favor of such eliminations. Only 5% of Israelis said they were opposed. The rest were undecided.

The poll also showed that 45% of Israelis believed that the country needed to conduct a major military operation against Hamas in the wake of recent events. Thirty eight percent of respondents were opposed to such an action.
