Rocket Victim had Followed Safety Rules

Yossi Shushan, who was killed by a terrorist rocket on Saturday night, had followed the Homefront Command's safety rules. Shushan was in his car when the rocket alert sounded, and pulled over to the side the road and began to run for shelter as per the guidelines – but did not make it in time.

His wife reached the scene of the attack minutes later. She recognized her husband's shoes, then his body. She was taken to a local hospital to be treated for faintness.

Shushan is survived by his wife, who is nine months pregnant, and by two daughters.
