Protesters have blocked a bus carrying visitors on their way to visit inmates at Nafha Prison near Dimona. Reports say the demonstrators were protesting on behalf of Gilat Shalit, the IDF soldier kidnapped by Hamas, complaining that he wasn't allowed visistors of his own.
Noam Shakel, the Chief Superintendent of the Dimona police station reached a settlement with the protesters. The passengers on board the bus were eventually able to reach the prison. Nafha Prison is located in Israel's south and houses dangerous security prisoners.
