The Jerusalem Regional Court accepted the request of the Marathon-Mobile company, and issued an injunction preventing the Communications Ministry from licensing the Golan-Telecom company to provide cellular communication services. Marathon-Mobile claims that the license should be rightfully given to them, since they originally obtained the legal tender to be the service provider.
