Military police are investigating the claims of a paratroop company that its commander assaulted soldiers sexually while they were sleeping.
The commander was summoned to appear before his superiors for a clarification following the complaints of the troops, at which time he requested to be dismissed from his command and from the Israel Defense Forces. The request was approved.
