An inspector for the National Nature Reserves and Parks Authority was attacked by residents of the Galilee Druze village of Hurfeish, Monday, when he came to issue a demolition order for illegal building on the grounds of a local nature reserve.

Rocks were thrown at a police vehicle that responded to the incident. Police from the Ma'alot station are investigating.
