Yisrael Sheli: Put Differences Aside for Social Justice

The nationalist-Zionist Yisrael Sheli (My Israel) movement called, on Thursday, for groups involved in the struggle for affordable housing and other social-justice issues to exercise restraint and not let political differences harm the effort.

Responding to the torching, by anarchists, of a nationalist group's tent in the tent city on Tel Aviv's Rothschild Boulevard, a statement by Yisrael Sheli read, "We cannot let extremist elements harm the protest of the people of Israel. This is the time to unite and not the time to be drawn into the provocations of those who seek to divide the various sectors of the people. Social justice must remain above any argument."
