Relief for Ariel Students: 280 New Dorms

As protests continue over the high price of housing, some relief is expected for students at the Ariel University Center. University officials have announced that the construction of 280 new dormitory rooms is nearly complete, and students will be able to move in by the time classes begin in November.

The new housing is expected to reduce competition for rental housing in the area. In addition, those who register for the dorms will not have to pay for the first month or two “in order to make it easier for students to afford housing,” officials said.
