MK Michael Eitan (Likud) called on Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu to open a dialog with protesters demanding affordable housing. Eitan said that along with its economic successes, the government needed to acknowledge that there were things in the economy – and society – that needed to be repaired.

“We inherited the problems in the housing market from previous governments, but we are now responsible for the solution,” Eitan said. “If we want to succeed in this message, we must realize that regular and constant communication and cooperation with the public is necessary,” he added.
