Beitar Jerusalem Exchanges Hands

Ownership of the Beitar Jerusalem soccer club was cleared to go from Russian-Israeli businessman Arcadi Gaydamak to Americans Dan Adler and Adam Levin, Monday morning, when the Jerusalem District Court to put aside a temporary restraining order by Brazilian-born businessman Guma Aguiar, who is trying to insure his profits from the sale.

The court put $400,000 of the purchase price in a trust fund pending resolution of the dispute between Gaydamak and Aguiar.
