Former Egyptian president Hosni Mubarak was in stable condition Monday morning, according to Egyptian state television. Egypt's Deputy Health Minister said that Mubarak suffered a sudden loss of blood pressure but doctors were able to stabilize him.
On Sunday, Mubarak's lawyer said the former president was in a coma following a stroke or a heart attack. Doctors initially denied the story, then said that Mubarak has been comatose more than once.
