Protect Kids from TV and PC
The American Academy of Pediatrics has published their research linking children’s prolonged TV and computer sessions to overeating and stress disorders. Children who habitually spend more than 2 hours in front of the screen are prone to have a high junk food intake, as well as tendencies towards dangerous substances. They are also exposed to non-educational content that is damaging to the psyche, and are encouraged to maintain a sedentary lifestyle that can be hazardous to health, and precludes social interaction. Too much computer time can also cause CVS (Computer Vision Syndrome), resulting in redness and sensitivity in the eyes.
