Family Saved from Firebombing

A Jewish family from Samaria survived a terrorist attack Monday on the road between Alfei Menashe and Karnei Shomron. The father of the family spoke to Arutz Sheva on Tuesday and described the assault.

“We were in the car, my wife and I and three young children. Suddenly we saw a firebomb and a huge explosion, then another firebomb that smashed the windshield,” he recalled.

He realized what was happening and sped off while firing his gun in the air to scare off the attackers, he said. The attack ended, “the car was damaged, but miraculously nothing else happened.” On Thursday, he added, he plans to say the HaGomel blessing in thanks for his and his family's survival.
