Israel has agreed to release twenty convicted murders to Hamas in exchange for captured IDF soldier Gilad Shalit, Army Radio reported Saturday, citing al-Quds al-Arabi.

According to the report, Turkey, Egypt and Germany were privy to these most recent negotiations.
