88% of 'Irreligious' Israelis to Observe Passover

Among Israelis who define themselves as religiously “traditional” or “secular,” 88% will take part in a Passover seder, according to Central Statistics Bureau data published Wednesday.

In addition, 48% of the secular and traditional respondents said they plan to eat only foods that are kosher on Passover during the week-long holiday, and to abstain from leavened bread products.
