Egyptian opposition leader Muhammad ElBaradei said that Tuesday's speech by Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak did not respond to the demands of the protesters that he immediately resign. ElBaradei added that the speech was a trick by Mubarak which was meant to keep him in power.

ElBaradei also said that he would running in September's presidential elections, but added that it is not his main goal at this point.
