Egyptian opposition leader Muhammad ElBaradei said that Tuesday's speech by Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak did not respond to the demands of the protesters that he immediately resign. ElBaradei added that the speech was a trick by Mubarak which was meant to keep him in power.
