Kibbutz Yikum Hotel Project Approved

The Central Region Planning and Building Commission approved, Monday evening, the submitting of two projects to add housing units and establish a hotel project in Kibbutz Yikum, located in the Sharon Coast Council region, north of Tel Aviv. The committee was convinced that the proposal was close enough to existing building not to change the character of the kibbutz or interfere with the public's access to the beach.

Under the programs, 100 units with an average area of 160 square meters would be added to 300 units whose area does not exceed 55 square meters. Twenty-eight units are planned to condense matters in an already built-up area of the kibbutz.
