The attorney for the woman scheduled to be stoned in Iran for adultry said Monday evening that he and his children are worried that the execution will be carried out after this week's end of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.

The attorney confirmed that the woman received 99 lashes last week, after a British newspaper mistakenly published a picture of a woman without a head covering and said it was her. The newspaper apologized for the mistake.
