In a moving ceremony on Sunday at the Kotel, a Torah scroll was brought into the prayer plaza, and a Ner Tamid (eternal flame) was inaugurated at the men’s section of the prayer hall. The Ner Tamid was donated by a family from Mexico City in honor of their son’s Bar Mitzvah.
