An American woman in the state of Pennsylvania has been charged with using the Internet to recruit people to provide logistical support to terror attacks overseas. A federal indictment charges the woman with agreeing to assassinate a Swedish citizen on orders from foreign terrorists and traveling to Europe to carry out the killing. The indictment does not say whether the Swede was actually killed.
