Police in the Tel Aviv area arrested 288 illegal Arab workers overnight Monday. The Arabs, who were working in Israel without permits, were arrested. Most were released in Palestinian Authority controlled areas of Judea and Samaria, but several multiple offenders were detained. In addition, police filed charges against seven Israeli employers of the Arabs, along with two individuals who transported and housed them.
