Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Sunday postponed a vote on allowing visitors from Ukraine to enter Israel without pre-approved visas. The new rule would allow visitors from Ukraine coming to Israel, and Israelis visiting Ukraine, to receive visitor's visas upon arrival.
The vote was postponed in order to allow Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman, who favors the arrangement, to work out a deal with Interior Minister Eli Yishai, who opposes it.
