Member of Knesset Ayoub Kara (Likud) is scheduled to tour the Dead Sea area Tuesday morning, accompanied by representatives of the Megilot Regional Council. During the tour, they will be briefed by the commander of the Jordan Valley Brigade on terrorist activity and other things happening in the area.

During the tour, the Deputy Minister for Development of the Galilee and Negev is scheduled to express his support for the lowest spot in the world in the internet vote for the New Seven Wonders of Nature held by the New Seven Wonders Fund. The Dead Sea is vying with 27 other places, such as the Amazon River, the Grand Canyon, Cape Town's Table Mountain and Mt. Vesuvius.
