The Spokesperson's Office of the Israel Defense Forces reports that an Israeli woman accidently entered the Palestinian Authority city of Jericho, near the Dead Sea, on Sunday evening. She was evacuated by members of the PA security establishment, in coordination with Israel's Civil Administration for Judea and Samaria, and turned over to the Israeli police.

The Spokesperson's Office stresses that entry into Area A of full PA control is prohibited without permission of the Civil Administration and entry into Area B, with limited IDF control is dangerous and not recommended.
