Judge Tzvi Dotan of the Small Claims Court in Herzliya approved a compromise agreement between the Adir Zik Civilian Committee and the David Raziel Youth Village, in which the youth village will pay the committee NIS 3,500 in damages.
The compensation is for the damage caused the committee after the village canceled an alternative memorial ceremony for slain Prime Minister Yitzchak Rabin which was planned for November 2, 2008.
