Security officials have called on the Defense Ministry, the Foreign Ministry and the Justice Ministry to seriously consider launching indictments in world courts against senior Hamas activists for acts of terrorism perpetrated in the last eight years, prior to the Cast Lead Operation.

In conjunction with the appeal, the officials have decided to disclose intelligence information to enable submission of claims, including publishing the names of terrorists and pictures.
