A Gaza man accused of collaborating with Israel was sentenced to death by hanging by a military court on Wednesday, Maan news reported. Salim Muhammad Salim An-Nabahin, 27, was arrested on December 28, 2007 on charges of spying and “dealing with the enemy”.
The Ministry of the Interior said that the decision was unanimous and is subject to appeal.
