The Ministry of Agriculture will offer incentives to Israelis to work in agriculture. The proposed plan will cost NIS 5 million and increase the salary of 300 agriculture workers.

The ministry explained that the incentive is designed to bring more Israelis into the agriculture field. The plan will be available for the first year the worker joins the field.
