Minister of Finance Roni Bar-On announced Monday that he intends to expedite the pension plan approved by the government on Sunday. He said that he hopes the plan will be ready for implementation within three weeks.

The government approved a plan Sunday to insure pensions up to NIS 750,000 for pensioners over the age of 57. The government gave Bar-On 45 days to implement the plan.
