A large group of Bnei Akiva youth were stoned by Arabs in Hevron on Shabbat, as they returned from the Beit Hashalom building. One youth was hit in the head and taken to hospital for treatment, while other youths who were injured in a scuffle that broke out were treated on the spot. Jewish adults acted to hold off the Arab mob, and IDF soldiers later arrived and separated the groups.
Bnei Akiva is celebrating its annual "Shabbat Irgun" this week, with special presentations and programs taking place at branches of the religious youth group around the country.
