Industrialists Association President Shraga Brosch told the annual Kibbutz Industry Convention that "Industrial workers will not go work as Chinese cooks, and former high tech workers will not go into teaching. We've tried that already.

"The State of Israel yesterday decided to allocate more than one billion shekels to arrange 10,000 questionable workplaces, is how it looks to me."

Brosch claimed there are 100 large factories ready to absorb 10,000 workers if the government would approve investment grants on the order of one billion shekels, in the framework of the law to encourage capital investment.
