The latest poll in Israeli media shows that the Likud, headed by Binyamin Netanyahu, has widened its lead over Kadima under the leadership of Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni. The Likud's projected coalition in the next Knesset numbers 64 MKs, three more than in last week's polls, according to a survey conducted for Haaretz-Dialog.

The projected Kadima-Labor-Meretz coalition would number only 45 MKs, not including Arab legislators who are unlikely to join. Meretz continues to score an additional two mandates in the polls, which show that Labor is crumbling.
