MK Aryeh Eldad (NU/NRP) slammed the Jerusalem Magistrates' Court decision Wednesday to reject his petition against police for an injury he suffered during the events in Amona.

"A court that thinks that causing an MK to suffer a disability assessed at 10 percent in a demonstration constitutes 'reasonable force' on the part of police is a court that gives a stamp of approval to police brutality," Eldad said.

"The hundreds of innocent citizens who suffered the police's severe beatings must understand today that they will have a hard time getting justice in the court of law," Eldad added.
