Israel Police issued a statement Saturday night that it is adopting a "zero-tolerance" policy for anyone disrupting the peace and order in Akko, including Arabs in Mosques who incited and enflamed the atmosphere, sending out masses of rioters into the street to conduct a pogrom on Yom Kippur night, according to NFC.

That was issued before Arabs torched a car in the city this morning. So far at least 40 people have been arrested in the past four days in Akko.
