The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) delayed the start of morning trading by at least 45 minutes Sunday morning according to Globes. The Tel Aviv 25 Index pointed to a drastically low start.  Bonds trading will not begin until the Tel Aviv 100 begins trading. Usually short term notes and most bonds start trading at 9:30 a.m.

Last week the TASE dropped substantially and international markets plunged sharply. Both the Dow Jones and the S&P 500 plummeted more than 18 percent. The Nasdaq dropped 15 percent. European and Asian markets fared worse.
