The family of Kasem Mugrabi will not be allowed to erect the traditional mourners' tent at their eastern Jerusalem neighborhood home to receive visitors in the wake of the terrorist's death. Jerusalem District Police Commander Maj.-Gen. Aharon Franco ordered police Tuesday morning to block residents in the Jabel Mukabar neighborhood from putting up the tent to honor Mugrabi's memory.
Mugrabi carried out an attack in Jerusalem late Monday night by ramming his BMW into a crowd of pedestrians near the Jaffa Gate to the Old City.
