Representatives of most of the 25 destroyed Jewish communities of Gush Katif and northern Samaria plan to gather in Jerusalem for a special ceremony Tuesday evening to rededicate themselves to returning to their former homes. Some 8,000 Jews were forced out of their communities in August 2005 as part of then-Prime Minister Ariel Sharon's Disengagement from Gaza.

The event, which is organized by Homesh First, will include speeches by Rabbi Dov Lior and National Union Knesset Member Uri Ariel.
