Israel is considering the release of a Syrian prisoner named Seitan Nimr al-Wali, Syrian human rights and opposition websites claimed in the past 24 hours, according to a Middle Eastern news-monitoring site called "The Blue Eye."
Al-Wali (42) is a resident of Majdal Shams in the Golan Heights. The chances of release were high, the websites claimed, adding that it may occur immediately after the fourth round of talks between Israel and Syria.
According to "The Blue Eye," Al-Wali was sentenced to 27 years in jail for terror activity.
