(IsraelNN.com) Iran has refused the international community's offer of an incentive package to halt its uranium enrichment program.

According to a report published Saturday by The New York Times, Iranian Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki said Iran would be willing to discuss the matter with European Union foreign policy chief Javier Solana and representatives of the six nations involved in the negotiations. However, Mottaki did not specifically address any of the issues pinpointed by the proposals.
