MK Barakeh 'Met Hamas Head Mashaal'

Arab-Communist Knesset Member Muhammad Barakeh (Hadash) recently held a secret meeting with Hamas head Khaled Mashaal, according to Arabic newspaper Kul El-Arab which is published in Nazareth.

The report said the two met at a special event which was held in Abu Dhabi to mark 60 years since Israel vanquished its Arab enemies. No details of the conversation were given.

When contacted by Ynet, Barakeh refused to comment.
