The Legal Forum for the Land of Israel made an urgent request to the Home Front Commander Friday, that the home of the terrorist who massacred eight yeshiva boys in Merkaz HaRav Yeshiva March 6 be demolished. The request comes on the heels of a pronouncement by Attorney General Menachem Mazuz, that demolition of terrorists' homes is legally possible.

The Forum's chairman, Nachi Eyal, noted that "while we cannot know this for certain, it is possible that if the Attorney General had made it possible to demolish the first terrorist's house immediately, the second attack [by the tractor driver – ed.] would have been prevented."
