HIzbullah Reports Ron Arad is Probably Dead
(IsraelNN.com) The Hizbullah terrorist organization has reported that MIA Israel Air Force navigator Ron Arad is probably dead. The report comes within a document passed on by the UN-appointed German negotiator between Israel and Hizbullah, Gerhard Konrad, as part of the prisoner exchange agreement approved by the Cabinet on Sunday.
During previous negotiations with Hizbullah between 2003-2005, the organization reported that its efforts to locate or verify the status of Arad had failed. Samir Kuntar, scheduled to be released as part of the current prisoner exchange, was to have been involved in that deal as well.
