(IsraelNN.com) Lebanese sources report that the families and home villages of prisoners to be released by Israel as part of yesterday’s agreed upon deal are “feverishly” preparing their welcome.  A young Arab woman under a banner depicting Samir Kuntar( commander of a unit which murdered an entire Israeli family in Nahariya in 1979) in the city of Sidon stated she would “not leave the spot until Kuntar comes here himself”

The deal purportedly includes the return to Israel of captive IDF soldiers Ehud Goldwasser and Eldad Regev in exchange for Kuntar, four other Hizbullah terrororists captured in 2006, eight sets of remains held by Israel and several dozen Palestinian prisoners. The exchange is planned to take place by July 12.

Hizbullah’s Al Manar TV has broadcast round the clock since the Cabinet vote. "Today the promise of the resistance was kept…In a few more days Kuntar will put all his years in jail behind him." On the successful completion of the deal Hizbullah also re-affirmed their commitment to terror and violence, in spite of the pretense of the negotiations: "Our prisoners are freed not by words and not by diplomacy or tears and kisses…Only blood liberated the land and liberates man."
