The new LaGuardia Interchange on the Ayalon Expressway in Tel Aviv is to open this morning.  The interchange, which handles more than 100,000 cars a day, will include two new east-west tunnels to ease traffic congestion.

The four-year long project was one of the most complex in Tel Aviv’s urban transportation network and cost more than NIS 150 million to complete.
