Winograd Committee member Prof. Yechezkel Dror has charged that Prime Minister Ehud Olmert has not carried out the panel's recommendations following it investigation of the Second Lebanon War. "Olmert did not implement the recommendations of the Winograd Committee, and did not significantly strengthen his National Security Council," he told the Jerusalem Conference for Quality in Government.
He also scored the Prime Minister concerning the current criminal probe against him, saying he has "not yet succeeded in coming up with a reasonable explanation for why he received those [cash-filled] envelopes from Morris Talansky."
