IDF Armor and Givati Brigade soldiers operating in the northern part of the terrorist-controlled Gaza Strip identified two terrorists placing a bomb next to the security fence. The soldiers opened fire and killed one of the terrorists.
Following this, IDF forces conducted a sweep of the surrounding area and eliminated the second terrorist. The bodies of the dead terrorists bore Kalashnikov assault rifles and ammunition.
No casualties or injuries were reported to the IDF forces.
