Ayman al-Zawahiri, the most senior leader under Osama Bin Laden in the Al Qaeda terrorist network, has issued an Internet audio message urging Palestinian Authority (PA) terrorists to attack Israel. The message was timed several hours before the anniversary of the beginning of the Six-Day War in 1967, when Israel devastated Arab armies.
"Do not give up... increase your martyrdom attacks, the number of rockets you launch and your ambushes. There is no other solution," said Zawahiri, who bears a $25 million price tag by American authorities wanting him arrested. He blasted Egypt for shutting down the Gaza border at Rafiah and accused Cairo of helping Israel. "It is your right to enter Egypt whenever you wish, and to destroy treason fences whenever you want," Zawahiri said.
Al Qaeda has issued at least 50 messages urging terrorism since the Sept, 11, 2001 attacks in the United States.
