Jerusalem: Security Up, Traffic Snarled

(IsraelNN.com) Jerusalem city officials warned Monday that traffic in the capital city would be unusually heavy beginning on Tuesday. Traffic jams are expected due to security precautions to be taken during the approaching Conference of Presidents and a visit from United States President George Bush.

Police plan to close several roads during the conference, and will up the alert level to the second highest available. Approximately 8,000 officers will provide security for the event.
