Israeli Delegation to Seek Tourist in Myanmar

(IsraelNN.com) The Harel insurance company announced Thursday that it would send a rescue team to Myanmar to search for missing Israeli citizen Amit Efrati.  Efrati, 26, from Tzur Hadassah, has been missing since a cyclone hit Myanmar several days ago, killing tens of thousands of people and leaving the country with a severe shortage of potable water.

A second Israeli tourist has been reported missing in Myanmar as well.  Twenty-three-year-old Maayan Kalu has not made contact with his family since the storm hit.  Kalu began touring in the area just days before the cyclone hit.
